Combination of lockout and tagout. A single employee can lock out and service equipment. Up to five additional employees can apply their locks and tags. Manufactured from tough 5052 anodised aluminium alloy. Can be marked with pens, pencils and permanent markers. Print from pens and pencils can be erased.
