3038 is a yellow, pre-mix polyolefin structural bonder which has good impact resistance. It has very good adhesion to polyolefin substrates (PP, PE) and to e-coated metals. It has a working life of 4 min and a fixture time >40 min. It has a service temperature range up to +100C and a shear strength of 13 N/mm at PBT-plastics. Adhesive type: acrylate. Gap fill: 0.25mm. Shear/peel strength: 13N/mm (PBT). Fixture time: 360 minutes. Temperature: -40 to +100C.
