Tingshas (or cymbals) are traditional Tibetan instruments that are mainly used in meditation, sound therapy and as musical offerings in spiritual rituals. Striking the two sound discs together produces a long-lasting, clear and penetrating sound that flows from the head through the whole body. Thanks to their robust construction, Sela Tingshas retain their sound quality even with frequent use.
