OVERVIEW: The Pirelli P Zero (*) is a high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. It is the original equipment tire for select BMW vehicle models.The tire has superb summer weather traction. Its silica-based tire compound provides excellent road gripping ability in wet and dry weather. The model is not meant to be used in winter weather as the decreased traction in cold temperatures makes it dangerous to use in such weather. The wide circumferential grooves enhance the water dispersing ability and avoid hydroplaning to ensure safer wet weather traction.The asymmetric tread pattern helps lower the road noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. The inner tread area features a variable pitch sequence that generates sound waves to negate the road noise heard while the tires are in motion.
