The WA76-D is a single-channel FET compressor. It is a reincarnation of one of the most underused compressors of all time – the 1176 type FET compressor. The letter D denotes one of the last revisions “Rev D”, which was characterized by extremely low noise and distortion and a rich, full analog sound – all thanks to premium components and input and output transformers.
