Designed for machine tapping of through holes, the angled cutting face forcing swarf in front of the tap. As the flutes only have to cater for coolant they are shallower than on normal taps thus giving added strength. Supplied with 8 (4-5) thread lead. Wizard White is a hard chrome coating which improves chip flow and, due to its ability to withstand extreme pressures, greatly improves tap life when tapping abrasive non-ferrous materials.
